Q. What is a Private Concierge?
A. Private Concierge, or Personal Assistant, is a to do list specialist that helps busy individuals with demanding lifestyles with things like vacation planning, events and more.

 

Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. Most of our services are complimentary, we don't charge our clients for reservations services  and gift delivery. You pay the same amount as if you contacted each of the activity/tour/ flowers/gift providers directly and handled all the arrangements yourself.  Meaning you saved yourself a lot of time.  However, if you need a personal concierge to organize or plan a private event our fee vary depending on your needs, it can be per hour, per day or per event; please use our contact form to provide us with your requirements

 

Q. Do you provide all the services yourself?
A. PVC has established and cultivated long-term relationships with several reputable service and activity providers, our recommendations on activities and events are based on our direct experience and comments from clients during the past 12 years. PVC makes their recommendations strictly based on the quality of the tour or activity offering, not a sales quota.

 

Q. How to order and reserve?
A.  Just let us know in our contact form and we will send you a paypal link.  For activities such a private excursions and tours you can reserve with 10% deposit.  Flowers, baskets and gifts must be paid in full. We are working in our shopping cart and will be ready soon.

 

Q. What hours are you available?
A. You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you need to contact us directly, our office hours are Monday through Friday from  9am to 5 pm. You can also email us with any questions to info@puertovallartaconcierge.com.  We're also available for events and parties that happen on weekends or evenings. To best serve you, we request a 48-hour notice on all services with exception of gift and flowers delivery. We also realize that emergencies happen and we'll do everything we can to accommodate an urgent request.

 

Q. What areas do you serve?
A. Currently we are servicing areas of the Banderas Bay. This includes Mismaloya, Puerto Vallarta, Marina Vallarta,  Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle

 

Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A.You can use your credit card through Paypal, also we accept money orders, bank transfers and cash . 

 

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes,  we accept PayPal and it lets you conveniently and safely pay for your order online. With PayPal, you can pay with your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance without ever exposing your credit card.

 

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my flowers, gift baskets and gift certificates?
A: Yes you can. Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form so that your basket arrives with your personalized gift card. Please note that all personalized messages can only be a maximum of 100 characters.

 

Q: How I dial your cell phone from US andwithin PV?
A: To dial a Mexican cell phone from outside Mexico, add a "1" before the number and after the 011-52 (the prefix for dialing Mexico from the USA). If  Mexican cell phone is 322 (city code) -229-7660 (number), dial 01152-1-322-229-7660. Mexicans write phone numbers differently. To dial a Mexican cell phone whitin the same city, put 044 before the number. To dial a cell phone in another Mexican city, put 045 before the cell number.
